At BikesOnline, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear to ensure you find the perfect fit for your cycling journey. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
